Our 2007 Ontario opener is next Wednesday ... I have Wednesday and Thursday off ... will be hunting with CH on Wednesday , then Thursday with Wylie H. and Bobby S. .... hope to get some nice field shots ... here are some of my favorite turkey shots from the past ...
1st year out with my crossbow I had this jake come in close a few times during the opening week ... I gave him a pass and took a nice tom later .
3 jakes that came over a hill ...
The strutting blue headed jakes from back in March ...
And the 1st strut sequence I ever got on film ... with my old Pentax PZ10 35mm . The tom split off 2 jakes to move in on some hens ...
And one of my favorite " The End " shots of Sandmans first turkey and the walk back to my truck ...
