Four frames from a local bushlot |
Met the boys from work for a quick round of wings / perogies / jalopeno poppers / and motso sticks around super time ...
Had about 1 1/2 hrs before sunset so I grabbed the camera and hiked into a local bush lot that usually holds some deer ... was hoping to maybe even find some sheds ....
Started down a nice trail ..
Stopped to admired some of the critter carvings in the trees ...
Walked for an hour but only saw fleeting glimpses of the deer moving well ahead of me as I walked the ridge ... the sun got lower in the sky , warming the West side of the trees ...
Did get one shot of a skinny deer crossing the field as I came out of the cover ... it got around me ... you can see my tracks from about 1/2 hour earlier crossing the filed ahead of the deer ..
No sheds on this trip , and not many deer in camera range ... but great to get out and fill the lungs with cold fresh air after dinner !
