Low skies / overcast and a nice cool September breeze today ...
My wife and I decided to take an afternoon drive North , to scope out a goose field , for Thursday's early season opener ...
Many hard working Menonnite Farmers are already harvesting corn ...

One of my favorite farms , had a 1st row cut that made it easy to do some perimeter scouting in the rain ...

Got a new climber tree scoped out for Oct 1st ...

Lot's of tasey leftovers ...

Not many birds flying this afternoon , but I did find a field that a few birds started to filter into , on my way home ...

And the drizzling rain , brought on a cool rainbow .

Good luck to all that head out later this week for the early geese ... And October 1st can't come quick enough !! _________________ See Ya. ... R.J. > " Remember , Trophies are measured by the time and energy expended to get them , not the size or quantity of the quarry "
